By using this service, users agree to the rules for uploads, distribution, payouts, and file deletion.

1. Accounts and Uploads

Users are fully responsible for uploaded videos, titles, descriptions, and shared links. Videos may be deleted automatically when they pass the configured lifetime or remain inactive according to admin settings.

2. Prohibited Content

Do not upload illegal content, malware, scams, spam, child exploitation, extreme violence, privacy violations, or copyrighted content without permission.

3. DMCA and Copyright

Copyright owners may submit reports through the DMCA page. Reports from whitelisted emails may be processed automatically, while other reports enter the ticket queue for review.

4. Affiliate and Payout

Earnings are calculated from valid views/downloads based on country rates. VPN, proxy, hosting, bot, manipulated click, or fraudulent traffic may be rejected and not paid.

5. Deletion and Suspension

Admin may delete videos, reject payouts, limit accounts, or close access when violations are found.

6. Service Changes

Rules, rates, features, and file lifetime may change according to platform operations.
